Why should I pledge? What do I get for it?
Pledging allows us to bring these products to life thanks to your help!
If you pledge for all the products you’re interested in (even if they’re not unlocked), it actually allows us to unlock stretch goals quicker than if you didn’t! Remember, you can always alter your pledge or cancel it entirely - a pledge is not a commitment up until the campaign ends.

How do I select the item that I want?
All choices will be made after the campaign has ended! You’ll receive an email to fill in a BackerKit survey, in which you can specify which design you want.

How do add-ons work?
After selecting for a pledge tier, you’ll be taken to the “Add-ons” section where you can select any other product that you’d like as an addition to your pledge. For example, you have pledged for one plushie, if you also want an extra sticker, you can add one (or more) as an add-on on top of your base pledge!

Can I get a refund after the campaign ends?
No, pledges will not be allowed refunds or cancellations after the campaign closes. This is because the money we have earned from the campaign will directly fund all of the production, shipping and materials costs. Please DO NOT back the project if you are unsure of your finances.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my pledge!
While it would be so sad to see you go, you may cancel your pledge BEFORE the backing period ends. Once the project’s funding period closes, you WILL NOT be able to cancel or request a refund. So, please only back our project if you are 100% certain you want to adopt one (or more) of my plushies.

Can I give these plushies to my dog, cat, or baby?
Although these plushies are meant for cuddling, I cannot recommend giving them to your pets or infant, as rough handling can result in harm if any pieces are swallowed. The Critters also do not like being torn up. It hurts them as much as it hurts my heart seeing them destroyed… so please don’t do that!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
These plushies will not be ready to ship for at least 3-4 months after the campaign ends. They are going to be made once the funds reach our bank accounts.
Respectful Communication: We value a positive environment! Rude messages or harassment will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to cancel your order if this occurs.
Non-USA residents: you are responsible for any and all customs and/or importation fees. This includes VAT for UK residents. We are not responsible for returned parcels due to a refusal to pay these fees.
Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted once the campaign ends and the funds are collected from your payment method. Please only back our project if you are financially stable enough to spare the funds once the campaign ends. Backing and then retracting your pledge can be very disheartening for creators and can impact our funding goals for unlocking certain characters.
IF YOUR PLEDGE IS SUCCESSFULLY COLLECTED AT THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN, IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE ABOVE RISKS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND ESTIMATED TIMELINES
