Hi guys!! Thank you so much for being patient while we go through all the support requests and reply to your comments 💖

I know it is frustrating when errors come up on your surveys or you can't find something, but do not panic! There is no deadline currently, and we will work with you to fix and ensure everything is correct for your orders 💖

I was able to figure out the issue with the UK shipping, for some reason even though we did not have EU countries in our shipping profiles, they still appeared... yet UK was on do not ship to *eye roll*. So I manually went through it all, added EU to DO NOT SHIP, and United Kingdom is on the list now!!!



I am working through other non-UK support requests, please bare with me! 💖

Good morning Cuddle Cove!!

Thank you sooo much again for all the patience, I know it has been frustrating that it took so long for surveys to go out, but they are all sent!! Please check your spam folders if you cannot find it! If you cannot seem to find it anywhere, here is a recovery link to enter your email: https://chronic-critters.backerkit.com/

There was an issue with Dizzy not being on the add ons page at the end, so we fixed that! If you filled out an earlier survey before that was fixed, you should be able to continue to edit your surveys whenever. 

REMINDER:

If you chose Pay Over Time, you will not have a survey YET - do not panic! Your survey will be sent out as soon as 1-2 days after full payment is completed! I know it sucks you won't be able to do it until then - but unfortunately that is how Backerkit runs the Pay Over Time.



Here is a little photo of the gang!! Aren't Pixel's open eyes cute??? They are big, so we will adjust them smaller lol!! Juniper: her legs are on backwards in this, so fixing that and making sure the KT tape is correct, as well as her nostrils and mouth moved more center. Pixel: we are testing a bright blue fur - if that is also ugly, we will be looking for a color we can order special!! I will have more detailed photos + post for Salem, but here is a photo to show what his new fur looks like!!



I think his fur is literally perfect - we are just tweaking a bit of the placement of the puffs and that is it I think!!!

Hi all!!! Thank you so much for everyone’s patience when it came to navigating getting surveys out to everyone- we had some technical difficulties, but we were able to resolve them and keep things moving! 

Smoke tests were sent out this morning and surveys will be sent tomorrow! 

Surveys do not have a close date yet- we will keep them open indefinitely until more plushie samples have come in!!

Hey guys, quick check in as I am sure many of you have been wondering about surveys this week - I seriously am annoyed it is taking SO long omg. We had to tweak a couple things, and we thought Backerkit would approve them this week, but for some reason that didn't happen. I plan on checking in on Monday, if they are not approved, then we will contact someone about it because we WANT to get that smoke test out there so we can roll full surveys out!! 

Also: about Eclair, we definitely plan on keeping her purple as much as possible - I just need to go over the comments with Jojo and kind of truly decide if we should do fluffy or mochi minky. Any color changes we will send out another update so we ensure you guys like it and approve of what you backed for!! <3 Also, any color changes or tweaks - I will edit her mockup as well as the blanket design (just the Eclair head part) so don't worry, we plan on making sure everything is cohesive to any design changes that you guys approve, to make sure everything goes together :)

Please comment any questions you have!! Again, I'm so sorry it is taking so freaking long, I didn't know it would be so complicated to approve the smoke test lol

Hi guys! REAL QUICK: we are fixing some things on surveys that Backerkit flagged for us!! We are fixing these, and Backerkit is out of office tomorrow (Friday), so I am hoping they approve our surveys to smoke test middle of next week!! 

Now...

In our last update, I sent out some roughly updated Eclair designs as our purple shades are limited with our manufacturer... I know a ton of people love the purple, and I do too!! I think with my black and white autistic thinking, it is hard for me to compare her drawing and see there are no close matches... if that makes sense.

I'm going to put both options below with fabric options we have! This isn't a poll or anything like that, but we want to make sure Eclair is loved widely, so we deeply value your feedback! Originally we planned on doing the mochi minky (squishmallow short pile fabric) as the body like how Audi is... but honestly what if we did the bunny hair (longer fuzzy) as the body?? What do you think? What colors look best? I included ALL purple toned samples on the purple mockup so you can see what we are working with as well :)

Like, what if we do #2 or #30 as the body base, and #32 as like pinky inner ears??? That would be so cute I think! And actually, maybe the whiteish grey splotches can be like a fluffy cream fur... Hopefully this will help, I know it is frustrating when there are not exact color matches, so I think seeing them helps a lot.
